Ingredients:
227 gram plain flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups water
28gr butter, melted
2 eggs
pinch sugar
pinch salt
pinch yeast
For the filling: Any fruit preferably strawberries, bananas or apples
Methods:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the egg whites, together for batter. Let it stand for about 3 or 4 hours.
- Just before cooking the pancakes, cut the bananas into rings.
- Heat a little butter in a non-stick pan and pour a spatula of pancake mix in the middle to form a circle. Cook pancakes over low heat.
- Place bananas on top of semi-cooked pancakes and allow the pancake to cook.
- Serve warm with maple syrup if preferred.
- For strawberry filling, put well-washed strawberries into a saucepan with enough water and cook. Stir regularly.
- Once, strawberry is tender, drain and chop. Prepare it with the pancake the same way as the bananas.
