I was staying up for few weeks, sometimes I got headache during the day, can't really do much work during the day as well. Till one day while browsing the net, unintentionally I read this head line, lack of sleep could lead you to heart attacked and other illnesses.
I click the link and read the whole article, from then I am aware the effects from lacking sleep. Therefore I wanted to warn you who like stay up late during the night, be careful if you want to stay up late.
